Led connection with Bharat pi

Does the Bharat Pi board have an onboard LED, or do we need to connect an external LED?

Bharat Pi has an onboard LED and is connected to specific PINs depending on board type. Below are the pin maps for respective boards:

Bharat Pi 4G board - Pin #2
Bharat Pi 4G board - Pin #2
Bharat Pi Node Wi-Fi - Pin #12, #13

The onboard LED is functioning perfectly on the Node WiFi board, but we are encountering issues with the Bharat Pi LoRa board’s LED.

Could you please help us identify and resolve the problem?
